COMPETITION OVERVIEW
Welcome to the Stage Five Founder’s Cup, a team-based tournament competition where members compete on The Quest to a Million Member Units.
Inspired by the excitement of tournament brackets, teams will compete head-to-head while building alliances, recruiting players, and scoring points through participation in the Stage Five ecosystem.
ENTRY INTO THE TOURNAMENT
To compete in the Founder’s Cup, participants must purchase a Founder’s Cup Entry Ticket from the Stage Five store.
Entry Cost:
$20 per participant
Your entry includes:
Official tournament participation
Founder’s Cup keepsake ticket
Member Units and team points
Eligibility for the Founder’s Cup Prize Pool
Because of the unique structure of the Founder’s Cup, every participant will receive something for participating.Participants secure Founder Bricks which advance the MicroPool through its final stages toward the $1.00 milestone.
TOURNAMENT STRUCTURE
The Founder’s Cup is organized as a tournament bracket competition.
Teams will compete against opposing teams in each round by generating points through activity within the Stage Five store and ecosystem.
At the end of each round:
The team with the highest score advances
The losing team is absorbed into the winning team
This creates larger alliances as the tournament progresses.
By the final rounds, large teams will compete in the Final Four for the championship.
TEAM STRUCTURE
Each team begins with five starting players.
Additional participants may join teams as bench members as teams grow through recruitment and tournament advancement.
Participants are encouraged to recruit new players and grow their team before and during the competition.
HOW TEAMS SCORE POINTS
Teams score points through activity within the Stage Five ecosystem.
Points may be generated through:
Recruiting new members into the tournament
Sharing and selling products from the Stage Five store
Participating in Founder’s Cup promotional items
Examples include:
Popcorn Gift Bags
Pizza Night Packages
Movie Night Tickets
Memberships
Founder’s Bricks
Educational Training Products
Every qualifying activity contributes points to the participant’s team.
AT THE END OF EACH ROUND, THE ADVANCING TEAM'S SCORES RESET TO ZERO.
THE QUEST TO A MILLION
PRIZE POOL
The Founder’s Cup prize pool consists of 1,000,000 Member Units distributed among the final four teams.
Prize distribution is as follows:
1st Place Team
550,000 Member Units
2nd Place Team
250,000 Member Units
3rd Place Team
125,000 Member Units
4th Place Team
75,000 Member Units
Because the tournament structure merges teams as the rounds progress, all participating members become part of one of the final four teams.
This means everyone who enters the tournament will receive a share of the prize pool.
GRAND PRIZE
The original five players on the championship team will also receive the Founder’s Cup Grand Prize:
A Caribbean Cruise with the founders and global management team.
ADDENDUM POLICY
URME United reserves the right to interpret, modify, or update the rules, structure, rewards, and timelines of the Founder’s Cup Competition at any time, at its sole discretion, in the best interest of the company, the integrity of the competition, and all participants.
By participating, all members agree to abide by any such updates or modifications.
1. Million Token Bonus Distribution
The 1,000,000 Piety Token Bonus Prize will be distributed pro-rata among all paid and vested participants in the competition.
Only participants with completed, paid, and verified entries qualify
Distribution will occur based on qualified participation status, not team placement
Tokens will be deposited into each participant’s designated digital wallet following final reconciliation
2. Million Dollar Bonus Prize Structure
The $1,000,000 Bonus Prize Pool is structured based on a fully subscribed competition format:
Total Seats: 320 (64 teams × 5 participants per team)
Prize pool allocation is based on regional performance
Regional Prize Allocation:
1st Region: $550,000
2nd Region: $250,000
3rd Region: $125,000
4th Region: $75,000
3. Seat Qualification Requirement
To activate and validate the full prize structure:
All 320 seats must be filled and fully paid
Deadline: Sunday, March 29, 2026 at 12:01 AM PST
If all seats are not filled by the deadline, URME United reserves the right to:
Adjust prize allocations
Modify payout structure
Extend or restructure the competition
Reallocate rewards in a manner deemed fair and equitable
4. General Conditions
Participation is contingent upon compliance with all membership terms, PMA agreements, and platform rules
Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent the system may result in disqualification
All decisions made by URME United management are final
COMPETITION START
The Founder’s Cup tournament begins at official tipoff on Thursday morning.
Teams may begin recruiting players and sharing products immediately upon joining the competition.
SPIRIT OF THE COMPETITION
The Founder’s Cup was created to encourage teamwork, participation, and growth within the Stage Five community.
Members are encouraged to:
